Fearful is something you feel during a dangerous situation,

Fearful sometimes can lead you to be defensive,

Fearful can be threatening depending on the way you take it,

Fearful can put you in a safety situation depending on the situation,

Fearful could be deadly to the situation,

Fearful could be described as problematic,

Fearful can lead to something being defective,

Fearful can be risking something or someone for the right of things.

Guns can be alarming,

but also securing,

Defensively used for protection,

but very abused,

Powerful but very threatening,

is also deadly,

Guns are very problematic.

Empowering is risky when you don't have safety,

Empowering is risky when teacher's have guns,

Empowering is risky when dangerous circumstances come in place,

Empowering is risky when someone's death comes,

Empowering is risky when teacher's are in a bad mood,

Empowering is risky when teacher's are armed,

Empowering is risky because it can lead to a disaster.

Teachers should NOT be armed!

In our society it is not safe for teachers to have guns on school grounds and in the classrooms. Any student should not feel safe going to school while a teacher is armed because you never know how the teacher may be feeling or what would be going on in his or her head/ life outside of school. I feel like every student should just go to school without having to think about there teacher being armed because it can turn out to a total disaster. Teachers are not always in a good mood so what if the teacher gets mad at a student? Something bad can really happen as in a student possibly getting shot. Guns can be really dangerous especially for the learning environment for all the students. Kids wouldn't be able to do there work because they would always have negative thoughts in their head that can possibly be true about their teachers. However, armed teachers could be good just because if there was an active shooter in the building, teachers can actually use it against them so the students can be safe. Guns and violence is never the solution, the best guns are no guns. One day, people will realize armed teachers can be really dangerous not just for the education of the students but for their lives. 

Securing or Threatening?

In today's society many people have different opinions on how we use guns. Guns can put students and teachers at dangerous risks. Everyone knows a parents first worry is the safety of their child. Other then fact that teachers probably don't feel safe it shouldn't be a obligation to have in the classroom. Parents don't feel too safe with teachers carrying guns on them because you don't know who can get their hands on the weapon. There is a more chance of a student or teacher getting seriously injured. Most teachers aren't trained to use a weapons and if they are, shooting someone is not something any educator would want to do.

Knowing there are guns in school can create anxiety attacks for students, teachers and especially parents. Bringing weapons in school can lead to more harm. Students and teachers need to feel more secure than to feel more threatened. Teachers could mistake someone as a shooter and accidentally kill an innocent student.  The safety of any student is the reason for consideration of armed teachers. We believe teachers shouldn't be blamed for shooting a student if that was to ever happen in future reference. If you were to analyze the increase of gun violence in our schools over the few decades, it's safe to say that there is one common thread: mental instability.

Defensive weapon or deadly weapon ?

On February 14, 2018 there was a shooting at Stoneman Douglas High school which took the lives of 17 people and mentally damaged the family's that lost members in this tragedy. The shooter; Nikolas Cruz was using an AR15 which they use in the military.  But what if the United States had a law where you could only purchase hand guns such as pistols, would the Stoneman Douglas tragedy have happened?  Would Nikolas Cruz have taken the lives of 17 innocent souls?

There is a lot of controversy on if we should or shouldn't be able to own machine guns. People say that we have the right to "bear arms" and should be able to purchase machine guns. But we as a group don't believe it is so necessary to use such powerful guns as defensive weapons because of the fact that hand guns are just as powerful as machine guns. The world record for how fast a handgun can be shot is 3.7 seconds, with the use of 27 rounds. Crazy right ? So if you can do 27 rounds in 3.7 seconds with a hand- gun, why is it necessary to use machine guns as a "defensive weapon" ?

Top 5 reasons why teachers should not have guns

1- It can get in the hands of the wrong person 
 

    If the gun is at reach and students see it they might get curious . They could grab  it and  maybe cause harm without intending to . This is a problem because depending on age of the student they can either treat it as a toy or as a revenge weapon . To avoid problems like this their should be a safe in the classroom  where the students would not  able to reach it touch it or even see it .

2-  Teachers  personal problems can turn into something worst 
         
Teachers personal problems can turn into anger . They can possibly use that anger and if something gets them mad they worst  hesitate to use their gun as a symbol for the students to be scared and pay attention.   Teachers should  take the day off or talk to someone in the school before going to class  they should distance themselves from the gun .





3- Students may feel threatened 

 As we may know today students today are scared if anything happens to them in school .  Things as panic attacks knowing that a gun is around is not good for them . This is a problem not only would students not feel safe t if heir is  gun in the classroom . They wont concentrate thinking about the things that could  go wrong or that may happen .   Students should want to go to school and learn  not feel like if anything happens their could be a possible weapon saving them or leading them straight to death .




4-  Parents don't feel  safe with their kid going to school . 

  Parents will always strongly will be in the lookout for their children they will never not care they want their children to be in the safe while they are home or at work . When a gun is added into the into a classroom a parents alarm will come  . Knowing that something can go wrong is will not work for the parents . They wont want guns in the classroom or anywhere near their kids . They don't want anything bad to happen to them . The parents can just take the students out the school .

5-Guns can have defects 

Everything in todays society has a defect . Guns are not the only thing but they can still be as dangerous as any other  weapon . It can go off and possibly hurt someone  The safety cap can glitch it can go off and hurt , or even kill .  For the best of our children or students in the classroom we should always check the gun and always make sure that their would be no harm done to anyone .
